Ownership history

The claim to fame for this house is its connection to the prominent William P. Huffman family. The daughter of the first owner, Charles McKee, married a Huffman son.

Like many homes in the historic inner east, this one also became a rooming house until it was completely restored in the early 1990s. The renovated home was purchased in 1993 and added extensive landscaping and a rear deck.
